1. Sanitize the RollerBefore and after every single use, spray the roller head thoroughly with a 70% Isopropyl Alcohol solution and let it air dry completely for 5–10 minutes.

2. Cleanse SkinWash your scalp or face/beard area thoroughly to remove any dirt, oil, or product residue. Ensure your skin is completely dry before rolling.
Use the roller 1–2 times per week, allowing at least 3 days of rest between sessions.

Divide the Area: For the scalp, divide the area into sections (e.g., front, crown, sides). For the beard, focus on areas needing growth.

Apply Gentle Pressure: Hold the roller and apply very gentle, yet firm, pressure. The roller should not cause pain, bleeding, or excessive discomfort—a light pinkness is normal.

Roll in Patterns: Roll 10 times in one direction, then lift the roller completely and repeat the process in the other two directions:

Vertical: Roll 10 times straight up and down.

Horizontal: Roll 10 times straight left and right.

Diagonal: Roll 10 times diagonally in both directions (cross-hatch).
