Refund Policy

At Dr. Suryansh Ojha, we strive to ensure every customer is delighted with their purchase. Due to the nature of our beauty and personal care products, we maintain a specific policy regarding returns and refunds.

Refund Eligibility Criteria

We generally have a No Return/No Exchange Policy on opened or used products due to hygiene and safety reasons.

A refund will only be processed under the following strict conditions:

  1. Damaged Product: The item received is physically damaged upon delivery.

  2. Incorrect Product: The wrong item was shipped to you (e.g., received a Hair wash instead of a Hair oil).

  3. Expired Product: The product received is past its expiration date.

Initiating a Refund Request (Required Steps)

If your purchase meets one of the eligibility criteria above:

  • Notification Window: You must notify us within 12 hours of receiving the delivery. Requests made after 48 hours will not be entertained.

  • Proof Required: You must provide clear photographic or video evidence of the damaged, incorrect, or expired product, including the batch number and invoice copy.

Review and Resolution Process

  • Review: Our Customer Care team will review the submitted evidence.

  • Approval: If your request is approved, we will either arrange for a return pick-up or, in certain cases, confirm that the product should be disposed of, depending on the severity of the issue.

  • Resolution: Upon verification of the returned item (where applicable) or the approved evidence, we will offer one of the following resolutions:

    • Replacement: We will send a fresh, correct, or undamaged product (subject to stock availability).

    • Full Refund: We will initiate a full refund of the product's price.

Refund Timeline

  • Once a refund is approved and initiated, the amount will be credited back to the original mode of payment.

  • Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking: The refund usually takes 7–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's policies.

  • COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders: For COD orders, we will contact you for your bank account details (Account Holder Name, Account Number, IFSC Code) to process a direct bank transfer (NEFT), which typically takes 5–7 business days after receiving the details.

Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed and dispatched.

  • If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at (Drsuryanshojha@gmail.com)

  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled, and the standard refund policy applies.

Non-Refundable Items

  • The following items are not eligible for a refund or return:

  • Products that have been used or opened.

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage by the customer.

  • Free gifts or promotional products.

  • Items where the packaging has been tampered with or is missing original seals/boxes.
