All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) from the date of order confirmation.

You will receive an email notification when your order is confirmed and again when it has been shipped.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates
We partner with reliable logistics services across India. Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Remote Areas: Deliveries to remote areas, North East states, and J&K may take up to 10 business days.

Delivery Estimates are approximations. Delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, operational issues, or local restrictions.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing the tracking number and a link to track your package on our logistics partner's website.

The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of dispatch.
Damages and Issues

Dr. Suryansh Ojha is not liable for products damaged in transit. However, we strive to ensure safe packaging.

If your package arrives damaged, please do not accept the delivery if the damage is visible. If the package is accepted, please take photographs and contact us immediately at [drsuryanshojha@gmail.com] with your order number and images of the damage so we can assist you with filing a claim with the carrier.
Incorrect Address

Please ensure the accuracy of your delivery address, including pin code and contact number, at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for a nominal re-shipping charge.
